Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground and can take up to 5-7 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves our warehouse.

We also offer UPS Standard Overnight US shipping. You will receive your order the following business day. Overnight shipping cutoff is 2:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.

Please note packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays.



Please remember to use the zip code associated with your billing address when filling out the “Payment” section during checkout.

If you have not received a confirmation email you have not been charged. Please confirm all your information and try to checkout again.

If you’ve attempted to checkout but it has been declined for any reason, it may say “pending” on your credit card/bank account, but you will not be charged.

If your checkout was successful but you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

If you live in an apartment, condo, etc., or are shipping to an office please make sure to include your suite or building number. If you do not include the number your package will not be delivered. All undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be canceled and you will be credited back the value of the merchandise less the shipping cost.



Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning the item(s) for a refund and re-ordering from our live inventory.

You can return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition. All hats are final sale due to health standards.

Returns must be made within 7 days of your order delivery date. You will be issued a refund for the full value of the merchandise and the funds will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

We currently ship to over 25 countries and are adding more all the time. We use DHL Worldwide Express for most international deliveries. In some instances customs may slightly delay the arrival of your package.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees.

If a package is rejected the customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs. Once the package has been received at our warehouse we will refund the cost of goods minus shipping charges.

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. All sales final.
